We’ve done our best to cut through the legal jargon and explain in simple terms what information we collect, what we use it for, and the few situations in which we may share it with others.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We receive some information automatically when you use the Baby Tracker app. This includes data about your device, software, operating system, advertising IDs for advertisement tracking (“Advertising IDs”) and your IP address.

In order to try to improve your experience with Baby Tracker, we collect information about how you interact with content and advertisements throughout the application.

For a better experience while using our service, Baby Tracker might collect personal data that allows you to be identified, only when you sign up, which is only required when you want to synchronize the information with other devices, or share it with other caregivers. Otherwise, we do not collect personally identifiable information about you. In the case that you sign up and share with us personal information such as your name or email address, we will never share this information with third parties, or use it with any other mean than improving your experience with the Baby Tracker app.

HOW WE USE AND DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION COLLECTED

We use the information collected to better understand how you use Baby Tracker, customize your experience (including the content, marketing materials, and advertisements you see), prevent abuse and improve the application.

When you sign up, your name and email address are only used to identify the information associated to you, so this can be safely shared with other devices where you are using the same email address, or other caregivers to whom you have granted access to your information.

We may share the information collected only under these circumstances:

• If we believe it’s reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal process.
• To third parties helping us offer and improve our service, such as those providing us certain technical tools and analytics services that help us understand how people use Baby Tracker so we can make it better. In this case we will never share personally identifiable information about you.
• If we sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including the information identified in this privacy policy, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets in the event of a bankruptcy.
• We may disclose aggregate information about how our users use Baby Tracker, always in a manner that doesn’t identify you individually.

TRACKING POLICY

Ad companies may use and collect anonymous data about your interests to customize content and advertising here and in other sites and applications. Interest and location data may be linked to your device, but is not linked to your identity. Baby Tracker may share your Advertising ID with advertising partners in an anonymous fashion that is not tied to your name or email address. You can opt out by discontinuing your use of Baby Tracker.

REMOVAL OF USER ACCOUNT AND ASSOCIATED INFORMATION

If you would like your account and associated data removed, you need to send an email requesting this to support@pregnancy-parenting.com from the email associated with the registered account you would like to be removed.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

As Baby Tracker continues to evolve, we may decide to revise this privacy policy from time to time. The most current version will govern our use of the information collected and will always be at https://www.pregnancy-parenting.com/privacy/baby-tracker.html, and older versions are available upon request. If we make changes that we think will substantially alter your rights, we will notify you by posting a notice on our website. You agree to accept any changes or revisions to this privacy policy by continuing to use Baby Tracker.
